The Annapurna Sanctuary region is visited yearly by over 2,500 trekkers. The Annapurna Region in central Nepal is the most geographically and culturally diverse region for trekking. The Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) working along with the King Mahendra Trust for Nature Conservation have declared this region as area of conservation and sustainable development. Stretched over 2600 sq. km., the area boasts of a variety of diverse cultures, tribes and castes as the Brahmins, Chettris, Newars, Gurungs, Magars, Manangis and the Tibetans. This area has sub-tropical lowlands, valleys, bamboo, oak and rhododendron forests, alpine meadows, windswept desert plateaus and the towering Annapurna Mountains. This area has the world's deepest river gorge, Kali Gandaki, lying some 6900 metres/22,563 ft. below some of the world's largest and most beautiful mountains as the Annapurna I (world's 8th highest) & Fishtail (one of the most beautiful). Animals and birds are in abundance in this region. 440 species of birds and animals like the marten, deer, langur and the elusive snow leopard live in this area.

The cost includes :

  • All transfers to and from the airport and hotel in a private deluxe non a/c vehicle accompanied by an English speaking representative from Sacred Summits .

  • Airfare for the sector Katmandu / Pokhara Kathmanu of US $ 138.00 per person and inclusive of airport tax.

  • Drive from Pokhara to Phedi pre trek in a private vehicle accompanied by the guide.

  • 11 Nights / 12 Days Tea House Treks in the Annapurna region , the Sirdar/Escort/Guide will be assisted by a Sherpa who will guide and assist the members on the trail. Food will be prepared by the cook at the Tea Houses from the menu upon discussion with the group’s preference and the things that are available. The staff will be assisted by reliable porters hired locally to carry the luggage.

  • Contribution to porter insurance.

  • Annapurna Conservation Project Area (ACAP) Fee of approximately US $ 30.00 per person

  • All expenses for the guide, his daily allowances including his meals

  • Drive from Nayapul to Pokhara post trek in a private vehicle accompanied by the guide.

  • 3 Nights accommodations in three star hotel in Kathmandu on bed and breakfast basis

  • 1 Nights accommodations in three star hotel in Pokhara on bed and breakfast basis

The cost excludes :

  • International Airfare.

  • Nepal Visa fees

  • Meals (Lunch and Dinner) while the guest stay in Kathmandu.

  • Items of a personal nature such as bar bills telephone calls, laundry, extra mileage and any extra costs incurred due to natural calamities, flight delays etc.

  • Personal insurance, evacuation and medical expenses

  • Cancellation of flights etc due to unforeseen uncertainties beyond the control of Sacred Summits (P) Ltd.
